1. Purpose and Acceptance of Terms
Oxynergy Paris website (hereinafter the "Site") is a commerce site accessible via the Internet at www.oxynergy.com. It is open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as "Internet User"). It is edited by the company Oxynergy Paris S.L (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), whose registered office is Calle Sant Pau 142-144 bajos – 17600 Figueres (SPAIN), registered under number B92512680. 2. Products marketed on oxynergy.com
All offers of products offered on the Site are limited to the European Community. Promotional offers are valid only in the double limit of the validity of the offer and subject to availability. If unavailability of one or more products exists after placing an order, you will be notified by e-mail. The amount of your order will be recalculated and you will be charged the new amount, minus the missing products. If your order is completely unavailable you will be notified by mail and you will not be charged. You can also cancel an order placed on the site by contacting customer service at +34 972 50 52 27. If the customer service informs you that the order has been processed, you cannot cancel and you will have to refuse the package upon receipt of your order. 3. Prices of products sold on the site
The prices listed on this site are in Euros including all taxes and are subject to change during the year, provided that the products ordered are charged at prevailing prices at the registration command. 4. Orders
All orders require acceptance without restriction or qualification to these general conditions of sale. The amount of each order is limited. When the order is confirmed by clicking on the button "confirm order", the buyer hereby accept the present general conditions of sale. The order form can be printed. Upon confirmation of the order, a detailed receipt thereof will be sent to Buyer at the email address he has given. The receipt will indicate the exact amount charged and terms of delivery of the order. This receipt constitutes acceptance of the order and confirm the transaction. Buyer agrees that the registration system of Oxynergy Paris S.L order means the acceptance of the nature of the Convention and its date. 5. Payments
All orders are payable in euros. To set the order, the Purchaser shall have the following payment method: credit card via PayPal. Cards accepted on the site are those accepted by PayPal. 6. Delivery of orders
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer on the order in Europe, by post, standard or express service, or fedex, depending on delivery method chosen. Delivery is made time average of 2 to 10 business days from receipt of order, depending on delivery method chosen.
7. Return and refund of products
Products can be returned by the Purchaser in the terms and instructions below: The products must be returned to Oxynergy Paris S.L in perfect condition for resale in their original state (packaging, accessories,...), notice duly sealed and accompanied by the signed return voucher.
Oxynergy Paris S.L accepts the return of any item purchased on the site, if the Buyer returns it within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. Normally shipping the package back remains the responsibility of the Purchaser. In case of technical failures or mistakes on references supplied return costs will be reimbursed by Oxynergy Paris S.L. To return an item, the buyer must follow the following instructions:
1. Use original packaging to return the product.

8. Right of withdrawal

11. IP
Reproduction or use of all or part of the images and the logo is only permitted for the exclusive purpose of providing information for private and domestic use, any reproduction or use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited. 12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or breach of contract between Oxynergy Paris S.L and the Buyer, even in cases of multiple defendants, shall, in default of agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Figueres courts.
13. Data protection
