Oxynergy enhancer RF+ needle-free mesotherapy

Availability: In stock

Quick Overview

Oxynergy enhancer is the latest in transdermal skin delivery without needle also called no-needle or needle free mesotherapy. It produces an effect similar to traditional mesotherapy without needle, without pain thanks to radiofrequencies with more uniform results.

Product Description

What is electroporation?

Oxynergy Enhancer is based on unipolar radio frequency technology. It produced electroporation phenomenon, discovered by Dr. Praunist, on the basis of the studies of Dr. P. Agree and Dr. R Mackinnnon, who were awared the Nobel Prize in chemistry in 2003. Oxynergy Enhancer induces opening of channels in the cellular membrane and helps substances to pass through the cellular membrane. The transdermal penetration of all kind of active ingredients is highly increases no matter their solubility (water or oil) or their polarity. Electroporation is not electrophoresis or iontophoresis as many systems on the market which are working with currents.

On top of the electroporation phenomenon our radiofrequency (RF) produces at the same time a heat transfer to increase the skin temperature of 2 to 3ºC to stimulate the collagen synthesis and skin tightening.

Which is the interest?

It allows delivering drugs in a topical way without pain, needle, skin damage or morphological modifications. Sterilized or preservative free active formulas can be introduced at the deepest level of the epidermis and superficial dermis. This technology has been successfully used to enhance the skin permeability to molecules with differing lipophilicity and size including biopharmaceuticals with molecular weights greater that 20 kDA. The natural collagen synthesis is also stimulated by temperature effect producing skin tightening. Face & body can be treated efficiently, results can be seen since the first session and long term results can be achieved after 4 to 5 sessions.

Clinically proven!

* The electroporation by high voltage and short pulses radio frequency produces electro-permeability of the cellular membrane, (reversible and transitory "pores") facilitating the administration of substances.

* Radiofrequency electroporation effectiveness for the transdermal transport of Indian ink has been demonstrated (formation of "pores" & intercellular channels, product traces found in dermis and collagen fibres). This method can be considered as a non-invasive alternative for administration of macromolecules into the skin although it is recommended to use products optimized for transdermal delivery (vectorized actives, preservative free or sterilized, alcohol free, etc.).
